Absolutely. We offer both single-sided (4+0) and double-sided (4+4) printing on plastic cards. Double-sided printing is popular for maximizing design space and creating impactful two-sided layouts.

Plastic cards can be printed with standard UV-cured ink that bonds directly to the plastic surface. While traditional lamination isn't applied, the printed surface is naturally scratch-resistant. We also offer spot UV coating for added texture and visual interest on specific design elements.

Foil stamping and embossing are not compatible with plastic materials due to the nature of the substrate. However, plastic cards can feature vibrant full-color printing, spot UV effects, and custom die-cut shapes for a distinctive look.

Please provide a print-ready PDF with CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, and 1/8 inch bleed on all sides. For clear plastic cards, remember that white ink is not printed - transparent areas will show through. We also accept AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files.

The minimum order quantity for plastic business cards is 100 cards. Due to the specialized printing process, larger quantities offer better value. Volume discounts are available for orders of 250+ and 500+ cards.

Standard production time for plastic business cards is 5-7 business days after design approval. This includes printing, curing, cutting, and quality inspection. Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

While plastic cards are not biodegradable, their exceptional durability means they last much longer than paper cards, reducing the need for frequent reprints. We also offer recycled PET options and encourage customers to recycle cards at end-of-life through appropriate plastic recycling programs.
