Please provide a print-ready PDF with a separate cut line (dieline) marked as a spot color path. The dieline should be a vector outline showing the exact shape you want. We accept AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files with clearly marked cut lines and bleed areas (minimum 1/8 inch bleed recommended).

The minimum order quantity for die-cut business cards is typically 250 cards due to the custom setup and production process. Larger quantities are more cost-effective as the die creation cost is spread across more cards. Volume discounts are available for orders of 500+ cards.

Standard production time for die-cut business cards is 7-10 business days after design approval. This includes die creation (if custom), printing, cutting, and quality control. Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

While die-cutting offers great flexibility, very intricate details or extremely thin connections may be fragile. We recommend avoiding shapes with very fine protruding elements or internal cutouts smaller than 1/4 inch.
